LPL Financial is looking to enhance its internal AI chatbot to provide a better user experience for its advisors and investors, and to improve the overall efficiency of its internal operations.
Requirements
2+ years of experience with Moveworks, Power Automate, or other AI/chatbot platforms and workflows
2 years of experience using analytics or monitoring tools to track performance metrics like PowerBi, Tableau, or others
Proficiency in documenting processes, changes, and issues clearly and concisely
Problem-solving skills to identify and target specific issues and suggest improvements
Ability to accurately input and review data to ensure quality and consistency
Analytic and quantitative thinkers
Ability to comprehend user feedback and interaction data
Responsibilities
Focuses on understanding user needs and behaviors to enhance the chatbot’s responsiveness and relevance.
Regularly monitors chatbot performance, identifying information gaps, and updates/enhances knowledge databases.
Implement new and creative ways to improve conversational workflows to promote user empowerment.
Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in AI chatbot technology.
Actively partners with other groups to receive feedback and analyze data based on personas.
Collaborates with team members and articulates ideas clearly.
Achieves success by enhancing the user’s conversational experience to create more effective and relatable interactions.
