Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro) with demonstrated ability to create engaging educational content
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, additional video tools)
- Experience with learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools preferred
- Experience with WalkMe, Whatfix, or similar DAP tools preferred
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, VILT tools (Zoom, Teams, WebEx), and e-learning authoring software
- Experience with storyboarding, content development workflows, and learning design processes
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint, with ability to create engaging presentations
Responsibilities
- Produce and edit high-quality video content including instructional videos, training modules, promotional content, and microlearning segments
- Lead video production lifecycle from concept through post-production, including editing, motion graphics, audio enhancement, and final delivery
- Design and develop multimedia learning content including graphics, infographics, animations, and interactive elements
- Build and configure digital adoption platform (DAP) solutions, including WalkMe guides, smart tips, and interactive tutorials
- Create and maintain intranet learning resources and knowledge repositories
- Support virtual instructor-led training (VILT) setup, including technical coordination and platform management
- Collaborate with LMS team to optimize content delivery and user experience
Other
- 2-4 years of experience in digital design, multimedia production, or learning technology
- Previous instructional design experience required - either as a practitioner or through close collaboration with instructional design teams
- Strong video editing and production experience required with portfolio demonstrating expertise
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to work with diverse stakeholders
