The Digital Marketing Apprenticeship aims to develop entry-level technical and professional skills in digital marketing for individuals seeking to learn and grow in the field.

Requirements

  • Not currently enrolled in or completed a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree program in a digital marketing-related field.
  • Less than 1 year of relevant digital marketing experience.
  • Experience using Google Workspace or a similar suite of productivity tools.
  • Ability to navigate multiple ambiguous tasks and competing priorities while finding suitable solutions and seeking help/advice where appropriate.
  • Enthusiasm and passion for new technologies, demonstrated through personal projects and commitment to learning new skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support digital strategy design and implementation, including go-to-market and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Optimize campaigns and digital assets for SEO, leveraging AI-powered tools when applicable.
  • Manage Search, Video, and Programmatic campaigns, track key metrics, and present comprehensive findings to clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Help define, design, and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels for brands across the world.
  • Develop the skills to create strategy, content, and optimization, using AI tools where applicable to enhance creativity and efficiency.
  • Analyze market/campaign data, track key metrics, and present findings to drive objectives.
  • Engage clients, and gain exposure to consumer and business Google products.

Other

  • Participation in the apprenticeship program requires that you are located in the United States for the duration of the apprenticeship program.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team framework.
  • Ability to be proactive and have a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills, customer service capabilities, and critical thinking abilities.
  • High school degree, GED equivalent, or practical experience.
