Regal Rexnord is seeking a Digital Marketing Data Analyst to drive audience segmentation and campaign enablement for personalized digital experiences, leveraging advanced CRM, data analytics, and marketing automation expertise.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in CRM data analysis, marketing segmentation, and campaign analytics (SQL, Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Strong technical skills in data visualization (Excel, pivot tables, dashboards), process mapping, and marketing automation.
  • SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, Reporting, Data Connections)
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sitecore, Coveo
  • Data Visualization & Dashboarding

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage user segmentation frameworks for personalization and account targeting initiatives, leveraging SQL, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Personalization Specialists to activate segments across marketing technologies.
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities based on audience behavior, using tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and custom dashboards.
  • Partner to ensure digital tagging and tracking capabilities can support segmentation needs, including data integrity and consistency across systems.
  • Develop segment-level dashboards to visualize engagement, conversion, and lifecycle metrics, integrating customer 360 data from multiple sources (SQL, CRM, marketing platforms).
  • Contribute to test planning by identifying high-impact segments for experimentation, supporting A/B testing and incremental analysis for CRM campaigns.
  • Translate complex segmentation logic into actionable fields for marketing platforms, enabling efficient campaign execution.

  • Ability to clarify business requirements, perform gap analysis, and implement process improvements.
  • Experience in ABM, lifecycle marketing, and customer journey mapping is highly desirable.
