Online Labels Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Designer to create impactful visuals across digital platforms, elevate customer experience, and drive results.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Canva, and product photography tools.
- Understanding of how design impacts user engagement and conversion.
- Strong attention to detail, layout, and typography.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus, but not required.
- 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, ideally in a marketing or ecommerce environment.
- Proficiency in designing user-friendly landing pages and interpreting feedback from A/B tests and user data.
- Experience with UX/CRO improvements and design trends.
Responsibilities
- Design compelling visual content for our website, landing pages, digital ads, emails, and social media channels.
- Develop high-quality product visuals, mockups, and lifestyle imagery to showcase labels in real-world use.
- Collaborate on UX/CRO improvements by designing user-friendly landing pages and interpreting feedback from A/B tests and user data.
- Create branded sales collateral such as presentations, business cards, and sales sheets.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print touchpoints.
- Maintain a well-organized asset library for efficient reuse and collaboration.
- Bring creative ideas to the team and stay current with design, ecommerce, and digital marketing trends.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, marketing, or a related field – or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
