The company is looking to lead the product lifecycle and development initiatives for Spectrum services and applications, focusing on Digital Marketplace and Seamless Entertainment customer journeys.
Requirements
- Expert foundation in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Expert knowledge of digital SDLC tools such as JIRA
- Content Management Systems (preferred)
- Digital Content Promotion (preferred)
- eCommerce Buyflows (preferred)
- Metadata Management (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Design complex, cross-functional requirements to meet evolving customer needs
- Manage critical initiatives involving multiple systems and stakeholders to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Develop and communicate product strategies dependent on new services/features to drive financial results
- Partner with key stakeholders in product, marketing and customer operations to implement strategy
- Provide a data-centric perspective, using data as the driver and influencer of priority and measurements of success
- Define product goals and build the experiments to rapidly evaluate their success
- Mentor and guide the team to understand our current and potential customer needs through data & research

- Master's degree preferred
