Lincoln Financial is looking to improve its digital platform operations by hiring a Digital Platform Specialist to support platform advocacy, analysis, user assistance, integrations, and vendor management, while ensuring compliance and contributing to innovation.
Requirements
- 1 - 3+ Years experience in marketing, sales, and/or technology management directly aligned to the specific responsibilities for this role (Required)
Responsibilities
- Executing routine platform maintenance and monitoring tasks to ensure system stability and performance.
- Assisting with platform analysis by collecting data, generating reports, and identifying basic trends.
- Providing first-level support for platform users by troubleshooting common issues and escalating complex problems.
- Supporting integration projects by performing testing, documentation, and validation activities.
- Maintaining vendor relationships by coordinating routine communications and tracking deliverables.
- Ensuring compliance with internal control functions by following established procedures and guidelines.
- Participating in innovation research by conducting literature reviews and feasibility assessments.

- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) (Minimum Required)
- The pay range for this position is $53,500 - $96,300
