HCA Healthcare is looking to solve the problem of optimizing product performance, driving user satisfaction, and ensuring alignment with enterprise goals in the Clinical AI domain, specifically in the Telemetry Pod.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years’ experience in healthcare analytics, digital health, or clinical operations support
- Experience in telemetry, clinical monitoring, or vendor platform analysis
- Certification in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related fields
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Training or experience in healthcare quality, patient safety, or clinical informatics
Responsibilities
- Collect and document business and clinical requirements, translating them into user stories and technical requirements
- Lead field discovery activities, including workflow shadowing, stakeholder interviews, and documentation of workflow variation
- Support vendor ecosystem analysis, including comparative platform assessments and identification of integration and escalation gaps
- Develop data dictionaries, baseline metric packs, and site-level variation analyses
- Contribute to drafting the Telemetry Transformation Strategy, charter, business case, and discovery deliverables
- Assist with material collation and analysis in preparation for product demos, quarterly business reviews, and other report-outs for the pod
- Use statistical tools and data visualization techniques to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders

- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) and ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams
- Occasional Travel: The job may require travel from time- to-time, but not on a regular basis
- Onsite: M-F, 8am – 5pm
