Johnson & Johnson is looking to shape digital strategies and capabilities for their Customer Service & Channel Operations (CS/CO) organization within JOM Deliver, while also managing the existing data and analytics infrastructure. This role will influence the data and digital strategy for North America CS/CO by partnering with the Global Data/Analytics team and IT to ensure North America priorities and requirements are integrated. The role is also essential for the day-to-day operations of U.S. order management activities and maintaining the data and analytics infrastructure used across the CS/CO organization.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Data Warehouse tools (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
  • Experience with data analytics tools (Microsoft Power BI, Alteryx)
  • Strong data analysis and storytelling skills
  • Ability to think strategically and implement solutions
  • Experience with Programming (e.g., SQL and Python)
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Familiarity with EDI data transactions

Responsibilities

  • Develop data strategies, balancing short-term and long-term needs
  • Act as business asset owner for the Deliver North America regional data environment, overseeing data migration, maintenance, and strategic roadmap execution
  • Support analytics requests and foster a data-driven culture
  • Supervise emerging analytics trends and deploy new digital tools/automation to drive operational efficiencies
  • Understanding the people, process and systems used in CS/CO to identify critical business challenges and propose data-driven solutions to optimize processes
  • Instill a data-driven and continuous improvement within the team
  • Troubleshoot data issues and ensure system accuracy

Other

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s or equivalent required
  • 4+ years of related experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
  • Supply Chain knowledge, including Order Management, Forward and Reverse Distribution/Logistics
