The business and/or technical problem the job is looking to solve is the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of the client's eCommerce platform, driving execution, tracking performance, and iterating based on data and user feedback.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of product management experience, with a strong focus on eCommerce websites and digital consumer experiences, including lower-funnel expertise
- Extensive experience strategically defining and implementing eCommerce Content Management Systems (CMS) to support Marketing and Enterprise-level stakeholders
- Proven track record of leveraging data to drive strategic, customer-centric decisions that deliver measurable business impact
- Product and technical expertise in enterprise-level integrations and Single Sign-On (SSO) implementations
- Familiarity with digital acquisition and retention strategies in eCommerce contexts
