Allstate is looking to define, deliver, and manage the lifecycle of machine learning powered digital products to ensure they meet customer needs and align with company strategic goals, driving innovation and growth through the Consumer Connected Cloud mission.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience, focused on ML/AI products is preferred
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, model lifecycle, and data pipelines
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure and/or GCP) is preferred.
- Ability to balance technical depth with business acumen.
- Monitor competitive landscape and emerging trends in AI/ML technologies.
- Experience in networking, identity management solutions, infrastructure as code, automation, data analytics, or cloud solutions preferred.
- Operates as a product manager with minimal guidance; can act as a practitioner in low complexity products
Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate the vision and strategy for digital product/s.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new digital products.
- Create and continuously maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
- Work with the Digital Product team to write & groom stories, prioritize, and manage the backlog.
- Definite product performance metrics & monitor product performance using analytics tools and make data-driven decisions.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to continually improve the product.
- Translate complex ML concepts into clear product requirements and user stories.
