Dom & Tom is seeking a Digital Product Manager to manage multiple products on multiple accounts, working closely with clients, cross-functional development & design teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality mobile and web applications that drive measurable results.
Requirements
- Proven track record leading mobile & web app projects (iOS and/or Android) through full lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable tasks for technical and creative teams.
- Familiarity with common PM tools such as Teamwork, Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar.
- Background in both web and mobile application product management.
- Knowledge of analytics platforms, A/B testing, and user research methods.
- Familiarity with App Store/Google Play submission processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from discovery to UX to the full SDLC, ensuring alignment with business requirements, user needs, and technical capabilities.
- Define, prioritize, and refine product features in collaboration with client teams.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and progress-demos, ensuring the team is focused, productive, and profitable.
- Partner with account leads, UX/UI designers, engineers, and QA to keep deliverables on track, on time, and on budget.
- Identify potential risks & challenges early, propose solutions, and maintain alignment on scope and timelines.
- Use analytics, research, and feedback to refine the product backlog and optimize feature releases.
