Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in healthcare insurance or a highly regulated industry
- Strong knowledge of healthcare payer operations (claims, eligibility, enrollment, prior authorization, provider networks)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management
- Experience with digital health platforms, member portals, or provider-facing tools (Preferred)
- Product Owner/Product Management certification (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business objectives, compliance requirements, and customer needs
- Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, translating business and user requirements into clear epics and user stories
- Partner with Scrum Masters, developers, and QA teams to drive agile delivery and ensure timely release of features
- Leverage data, user feedback, and market research to enhance digital self-service, claims transparency, provider search, member portals, and mobile applications
- Ensure digital products adhere to HIPAA, CMS, NCQA, and other relevant healthcare insurance regulations
