Ameriprise Financial is looking to cultivate emerging talent through its Leadership Development Program (LDP) to enhance its Digital Experience & Marketing team, which is responsible for creating powerful digital products and experiences that support the client-advisor relationship and help clients reach their financial goals.
Requirements
- Gain familiarity with architecture, languages, build cycles, technical skills including cross-commits dependencies and engagements
Responsibilities
- Developing and communicating product roadmap strategy using business strategy, discovery, data and analytics
- Participating in agile team ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning and backlog grooming
- Partnering with the digital analytics team to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics dashboards
- Gain familiarity with architecture, languages, build cycles, technical skills including cross-commits dependencies and engagements
- Leading and communicating new development effort with Design, content and agile development team
- Develop product KPIs and reporting dashboard to monitor product level KPIs
- Conduct competitive analysis of similar product offerings at key competitors to identify gaps and opportunities to gain parity

- Collaborating with the User Experience strategy and research team to build competitive and user knowledge
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Commitment to complete the full 18-month Leadership Development Program
