Ingram Content Group (ICG) is seeking a Digital Product Specialist to help shape and support their growing portfolio of data-driven products and services, contributing to roadmaps, feature definition, and daily operations of assigned platforms.
Requirements
- Experience working with marketing platforms such as NetGalley or Edelweiss
- 2 years’ reporting, product, operations, or analytics experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent year for year directly-related experience.
Responsibilities
- Executes and contributes to the strategy for assigned digital products and services, with input and direction from Senior Manager, Data Services.
- Devises and communicates product roadmap to the supporting team, related product managers, leadership and relevant stakeholders.
- Gathers requirements and writes specifications for product features.
- Communicates feature specifications to software engineers and developers, ensuring they have a complete understanding of the underlying requirement and business context for each feature.
- Leads product QA testing as needed to ensure that business requirements are met.
- Provides regular reporting to internal stakeholders on key performance indicators as assigned.
- Monitors trends and advancements in the software industry and the book industry and communicates relevant trends to leadership.
