Arthrex Digital Innovations (ADI) digital research group is working on forward-looking technologies like AI, AR Sensors, etc. As an intern, you will help us work on concepts that will apply computer science, ML/Deep learning, etc, in computer vision, medical imaging, data analysis, etc. Our intern will treat each assignment as a product development process which includes clear requirements, documenting them, and validate and verify (V&V) to show the completeness of their work.

Responsibilities
- Analyzing data from existing systems to find patterns and insights to help clinical use cases.
- Examine public imaging datasets to create novel segmentation approaches for the segmentation of soft tissues and anatomical structures.
- Using latest AI algorithms like LLMs to create apps to answer any questions related to medical education, DFU/IFU, etc.
- Support the next generation of application, related to scope images.
Other
- Enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or Physics with computational model background or recent graduate required. (Recent graduates must be within six months of their graduation date to qualify.)
- This Internship will run from May 2026 – August 2026.
- The ideal candidate will have the availability to work 40 hours per week at our Naples, FL facility.
