Requirements
- Solid experience in web development (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, React or Next.js)

Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance internal web applications and tools (e.g., customer portals, partner systems, internal dashboards)
- Customize and support cloud-based platforms used by internal teams and partners
- Support basic operational systems (e.g., 3CX VoIP, user onboarding/offboarding, access management via AD)
- Collaborate with international development teams to align on architecture and tooling
- Continuously improve digital workflows and internal processes through automation and smart interfaces
- Serve as a technical bridge between US operations and the global digital platform team
