Aritzia is growing and needs to deliver everyday luxury experiences to clients by leveraging technology to meet and exceed business vision and mission. This role will support feature delivery for Digital technology, including a recent site rebuild with a new architecture and the launch of a new Mobile App.
Requirements
- React (ES6), TypeScript, Git, CSS, JavaScript, and state management using MobX.
- Experience working with runtime environments.
- Salesforce, JavaScript backend development, and Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with service workers, proxies, package managers, and CICD tools.
- Cloud infrastructure (particularly within Retail) with an API-first development approach.
- Highly adaptable to new technologies and environments.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and input on technology product solutions to ensure they are built in the right way to meet business outcomes.
- Ensure the solution design intent is realized and works seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure.
- Implement structured testing that ensures functionality and identify and address deficiencies.
- Launch and maintain technology solutions.
- Provide reliable and performant solutions with excellent proactive and reactive support.
- Define and champion processes and standards that balance agility with discipline, guiding multiple teams to deliver consistent, high-quality solutions.
- Mentor and guide developers across squads, fostering an architectural mindset that balances speed of delivery with maintainability, resilience, and business outcomes.
