Requirements
- 1+ years experience with Microsoft Excel (macros, vlookups, pivots)
- 1+ years experience with PowerBI
- Data visualization dashboard creation in PowerBI, Tableau or similar
- SQL basic query knowledge
- Fundamentals of ITIL standards
- Agile software delivery
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements
- Gather data from various sources, such as ServiceNow
- Identify and correct data quality issues, including inconsistencies, errors, and missing values
- Transform raw data into a suitable format for analysis and visualization
- Use PowerBI to create informative reports and insightful dashboards
Other
- Pursuing Bachelors Degree or higher required
- Active enrolled student during the months of January through April 2026
- Technology Majors Preferred: CIS, MIS, Engineering, or related business technology field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hybrid work environment (three days in office; two days remote)
