Requirements
- Proven understanding of ADA and familiarity with industry accessibility tools.
- Advanced user of Content Management System, preferably Site Core XM Cloud
- Familiarity with the following software/languages: Programming Languages (HTML, Javascript, CSS), MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver), Analytic tools (Amplitude, WebTrends, other), Other (Jira, SiteImprove, Axure) Intermediate.
- Proficient at understanding business requirements and translating them into solutions
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proven project management skills with ability to effectively prioritize projects in a rapidly changing environment
- Demonstrates high attention to detail and problem solving skills
Responsibilities
- Implementing and maintaining content across the site to ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment with user journey goals.
- Collaborating closely with content strategy, marketing, and development teams to bring digital initiatives to life.
- Optimizing page structures, surfacing key information, and ensuring users can easily navigate to the care, tools, and services they need.
- CMS updates
- SEO-focused enhancements
- Sitewide content improvements
- Page builds that support campaign and service line priorities
Other
- Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
- Proven strength in collaboration with a mind for exceptional customer service
