Requirements
- Minimum 5-7+ years of experience in governance tools or related fields.
- Proven ability in delivering user support, creating training materials, and ensuring platform compliance.
- Skilled in performance analysis and optimizing governance platforms for enhanced user experiences.
- Relevant certifications in data governance and user advocacy are beneficial.
- 7-10 years of experience working in coding and data solutions design principles, particularly in open source tools and technology
Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding and training processes to accelerate user adoption and ensure seamless access to our governance tools.
- Actively research and understand stakeholder needs within evolving programs and capabilities advocating on their behalf for fit-for-purpose solutions
- Define the intended use, features, and user ownership of tools, while monitoring platform health and promoting optimal performance
- Provide quick and effective solutions for data stewards and data stakeholders enhance their operations continuously
- Bridge the gap between users and IT providers, enabling effective and responsible content usage, consistent with governance and compliance standards.
