ACI Worldwide is looking to hire a Director of Product Management & Delivery to lead and manage the delivery of products from market conception through development and launch, ensuring alignment between product strategy, development, and operational execution to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Technical Background as a Technical Product Manager, software engineer, architect or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
- Experience in technology, SaaS, or digital product environments.
- Certification in project management (PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, etc.).
- Familiarity with product management software and tools.
- Experience managing geographically dispersed resources and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full product delivery lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and launch.
- Collaborate with market product management, engineering, architects, support teams, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Responsible for developing the functional designs of the solution, including clearly defining the business processes and workflows that the solution should support.
- Ensure development and documentation of detailed technical requirements with architects, development leaders, and documentation specialists.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful, timely product launches.
- Manage grooming sessions with teams, level set release planning with scrum master’s and development teams.
- Working in conjunction with market-facing product management and development teams, ensure product documentation is delivered upon feature completion, including comprehensive release notes to meet business commercialization & launch activities.

- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field of study
- Experienced Product Management professional with a minimum of 10+ years leading teams in software as a service product delivery.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
