Vivint Smart Home, an NRG owned company, is looking for Direct-to-Home Smart Home Pros to provide expert-level installation and services of smart home technology, while delivering the highest caliber of customer service to protect and connect customers to their homes.
Requirements
- Become an expert on smart home technology by training on industry-leading products.
- Install, Services, and troubleshoot cutting-edge smart home technology in customer homes.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inventory of company products and equipment.
- Explain and provide detailed system capabilities and operational instructions to various customers.
