Requirements
- Exceptional knowledge of smart home technology
- Experience with industry-leading products
- Ability to install and troubleshoot smart home devices
- Knowledge of sales and field services
- Experience as a construction worker, electrician, or other technical background is helpful but not required
- Ability to manage inventory and assets
- Ability to explain complex technical information to customers
Responsibilities
- Install, Services, and troubleshoot cutting-edge smart home technology in customer homes
- Conduct routine maintenance and inventory of company products and equipment
- Explain and provide detailed system capabilities and operational instructions to various customers
- Manage inventory and assets with a business owner mentality
- Create solutions to protect and simplify customers’ lives
- Leverage Services and installation appointments into leads and revenue
- Become an expert on smart home technology by training on industry-leading products
Other
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Sales experience and/or field Services experience is helpful
- Willingness to submit to a criminal background check
- Current valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
