L'Oréal Luxe Division is seeking to optimize performance and accelerate brand growth for key accounts by analyzing performance data, synthesizing insights, and supporting the execution of strategies that deliver sustainable, profitable growth.
Requirements
- Strong ability to turn data into actionable insights, support planning processes, and drive visibility of performance metrics across multiple brands.
- Proven experience in reporting, sales tracking, and performance analysis.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI), data visualization platforms, and performance reporting systems.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic support partner to the VP Commercial lead of the account, developing strategy, tracking and consolidating insights, and identifying opportunities to gain market share.
- Formulate recommendations on performance and long-term business planning to guide Commercial lead on prioritization decisions and support proposals for leadership meetings and reviews.
- Prepare strategic performance presentations and reports for senior leadership, providing the necessary intelligence to support account excellence.
- Identify and support execution on multi-branded initiatives within the account; act as a key liaison with the retailer and with internal partners to drive execution.
- Develop and maintain retailer partnership to ensure joint business planning and alignment, and accelerate the L’Oreal Luxe portfolio.
- Develop and maintain cross-brand reporting tools to deliver visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement at a key account.
- Partner closely with Head of Account to identify performance gaps, share data-driven recommendations, and help optimize sales strategies in alignment with commercial goals.
