Requirements
- Strong expertise in machine learning, AI algorithms, and big data technologies (Python, R, TensorFlow, AWS/Azure ML, etc.).
- Proven experience developing advanced analytics powered solutions for sales optimization, forecasting, and commercial decision-making.
- Expertise in data engineering, data pipeline automation, and cloud-based analytics.
- Experience in deploying advanced analytics solutions within CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Strong understanding of healthcare data privacy, compliance, and regulatory considerations.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex advanced analytics models into actionable business insights.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement advanced analytics strategies to drive commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Lead the creation and deployment of machine learning models, predictive analytics, and automation tools to enhance decision-making.
- Oversee the development of advanced analytics driven insights for sales forecasting, customer segmentation, pricing optimization, and market intelligence.
- Partner with IT and Data Engineering teams to build scalable data pipelines that support commercial analytics.
- Introduce natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and deep learning techniques to improve commercial data analysis.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Market Access teams to implement advanced analytics decision support systems.
- Design and partner with IT to develop self-service AI tools that empower commercial teams with real-time, data-driven insights.

- 10+ years of experience in advanced analytics, AI, or data science within the medical device, medtech, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of data scientists and advanced analytics specialists
- Stay abreast of emerging AI and analytics trends to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation in commercial operations.
- Manage workload and seek additional resources when required.
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
