Requirements
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks, large-scale data platforms, and cloud/edge computing environments
- Strong proficiency in enterprise architecture and architectural thinking—able to design reusable, scalable AI/ML solution patterns that align with business technology standards
- Hands-on familiarity with data pipeline architectures, MLOps practices, data strategy and clean data foundations for advanced analytics
- Continuous learner mindset with demonstrated commitment to keeping up with emerging AI trends (e.g., generative AI, prompt engineering, AI ethics) and ability to foster an AI-literate culture
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI and machine learning models that optimize IT operations, cybersecurity, and service delivery
- Apply architectural thinking to ensure AI solutions align with enterprise architecture principles, scalability standards, and long-term technology vision
- Collaborate with data engineering, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure scalable, secure integration of AI into enterprise platforms
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and vendors to identify opportunities for innovation and operational improvement
- Establish governance frameworks and ethical standards for AI adoption, data usage, and model transparency
- Drive automation initiatives that improve system performance, incident response, and predictive maintenance
- Ensure robust data pipelines and infrastructure to support advanced analytics and model training at scale
Other
- 10+ years of progressive experience in AI/data science/ML engineering roles, including leadership of teams and large-scale deployments
- 5+ years in a strategic technology leadership role (e.g., managing enterprise data, analytics or AI initiatives)
- Proven ability to translate complex AI/ML concepts into business outcomes, build strong cross-functional relationships (with data engineering, DevOps, infrastructure, business stakeholders) and manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Demonstrated track record of governance, ethical AI practices, model lifecycle management (including monitoring drift, versioning, deployment) and risk mitigation
- Excellent strategic thinking, financial acumen (ROI assessment for AI initiatives), and ability to champion change and innovation across an organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or equivalent; Master’s degree (or higher) preferred
