MDaudit is looking to evolve its technology by incorporating AI-driven innovation and improving its application development and data integration capabilities to maximize revenue for healthcare organizations.
Requirements
- Hands-on technical expertise with enterprise application stacks (e.g., .NET, SQL Server, React/Angular).
- Proven track record delivering AI/ML solutions using LLMs, MCP servers, Python-based libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn) and cloud AI services (AWS Bedrock preferred).
- Deep understanding of data engineering, ingestion, and integration practices (APIs, ETL pipelines, interoperability across third-party systems).
- Strong grasp of cloud-native architectures and scalable platform engineering (AWS preferred).
- Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks (HITRUST, HIPAA, SOC2) and experience building solutions that withstand customer security reviews.
- Demonstrated ability to bridge strategy and execution: setting technical vision, influencing product direction, and ensuring delivery excellence.
- Track record of driving projects from pilot to production with measurable adoption, scalability, and customer impact.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the technical vision for AI, influencing product direction while leading the design, prototyping, and deployment of AI-driven solutions
- Drive AI initiatives for organizational productivity, including customer support automation and engineering productivity accelerators.
- Oversee design and delivery of enterprise-grade applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Provide architectural and technical leadership across development stacks (e.g. .NET, SQL Server, React/Angular, AWS cloud native architectures) while driving adoption of modern best practices.
- Build, lead and mentor high-performing onshore and offshore teams fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
- Manage vendor and partner ecosystems to augment internal capacity, accelerate delivery, and expand innovation capabilities.
- Collaborate with Security and Arch teams to ensure all solutions are designed and delivered to meet HITRUST and HIPAA compliance standards and best practices.

- This role is primarily remote, with occasional travel required for internal planning meetings.
- 10+ years in technology leadership, with proven success across application development, AI/ML innovation, and data integrations.
- Strong experience managing onshore and offshore teams as well as vendor/partner ecosystems.
- Strengthen cross-functional partnerships with Product, Customer Experience, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and adoption.
- Experience in healthcare technology or other regulated industries strongly preferred.
