Requirements
- 2+ years delivering AI/ML features to product in operational settings
- Proven track record of delivering AI-powered products from concept to launch
- Experience in product lifecycle management, including ideation, MVP development, scaling, and iteration
- Experience leveraging agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership
- Experience driving adoption and change management for AI solutions within an organization
- Understanding data types (structured, unstructured) with ability to read, interpret and summarize datasets
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering measurable business impact
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the management and manipulation of structured and unstructured data, with a focus on conducting analysis to distinguish patterns and recognize trends, performing normalization operations and assuring data quality
- Creates specifications to bring data into a common structure, creating product specifications and models, developing data solutions to support analyses, performing analysis, interpreting results, developing actionable insights and presenting recommendations for use across the company
- Conducts fundamental research in AI, including areas such as machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and reinforcement learning
- Recommends and implements data tools, frameworks, and platforms to enhance workflows
- Collaborates with product management to define and prioritize AI features and capabilities
- Translates business and user needs into technical requirements for AI products
- Drives the productization of AI models, ensuring scalability, reliability, and user adoption
