Requirements
- 7+ years in the technology industry or social media
- 5+ years in product marketing, project or program management
- Experience using artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to improve business outcomes and impact, preferably in the learning space
- Experience producing content for broad scale consumption
- Experience producing scaled creative campaigns
- Experience in program management
Responsibilities
- Leading the strategy for measuring and evalutaing short form skilling across channels to quickly skill learners and connect to their broader learning journey.
- Build short form content that enables the workforce to apply AI to their lives as part of daily, life changing habits.
- Initiate and lead scaled multi-modal campaigns that illustrate how AI is improving the way we live and work, using social media a lever for scale.
- work across various audience, and product data sets to pull together a cohesive view of the state of AI skilling, acting as the subject matter expert on the state of AI skilling – commissioning new research where data gaps exist
- Work with teams across audience insights, social media, marketing, advocacy, engineering and more to drive a structured skilling initiative around the “jobs-to-be-done” framework for existing and upcoming AI functionality.
Other
- Master's Degree or equivalent AND/OR 5+ years experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, customer success, industry, or program/project management
- Vocational qualification or higher education degree (e.g., Bachelor's Degree) AND/OR 7+ years experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, customer success, industry, or program/project management
- Operates with a sense of urgency and tenacity
