Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking an America's ERP Technology Leader to manage the traditional ERP product suite of SAP supporting both NA and LATAM regions. The role aims to ensure the reliability and stability of existing ERP systems while strategically aligning with the Transcend Global Template, meeting evolving business requirements through optimal use of digital capabilities.
Requirements
- Intimate knowledge of the Atlas ERP and LATAM BtB ERP products.
- Knowledge and understanding of standard practices, technology, functions and supporting industry principles in SAP ERP and Pharma Industry.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating into a product vision through deep expertise in product development, engineering, operations and UX.
- Deep understanding and experience in high quality product delivery, including planning, dependency management, and delivery execution & governance.
- Deep understanding of the business needs, including sufficient knowledge of business processes, relevant value drivers, and industry trends with the ability to influence both JJT and business leadership.
- Demonstrable experience in leading a product backlog/release plan, supervising team level metrics, leading product team ceremonies, removing blockers (burndown chart, release burn up).
Responsibilities
- Establish deployment roadmaps to achieve efficient & effective delivery of business & customer value for assigned product / platform.
- Balance business value with technical feasibility while prioritizing features, optimizing cost and improving delivery efficiency.
- Refine the backlog by adding technical features and epics for best-in-class product operations.
- Help Business Product Owners prioritize their backlogs, lead product / platform constraints; resolve cross-team dependencies; lead demand intake.
- Drive approach for automation testing, regression testing and load testing, ensuring non-functional requirements are tested.
- Planning and execution of Technical Testing; Support business workstream leads to plan and complete User Acceptance Testing.
- Apply compliance requirements within scope of responsibility, ensures SDLC documentation, system configuration and compliance activities are up to date.
