Requirements
- Deep understanding of digital data including knowledge of data collection and tracking relevant to generating insights.
- Expertise in advanced analytics, data science, and omnichannel strategy, with the ability to design scalable solutions that can be adopted across BU analytics teams.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements related to data governance.
- Experience developing and presenting business cases in data and analytics to senior leaders.
- Experience in the Pharma industry is required with a strong understanding of data and analytics frameworks and best practices.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development of scalable analytics solutions across omnichannel, data science, and measurement teams, enabling APEX teams to adopt consistent, innovative tools and methodologies for brand/franchise analytics.
- Collaborate with BUs, APEX BU teams, and Lab teams to identify brand needs, build tools, and align advanced analytics capabilities with strategic priorities across brands/franchises.
- Provide thought leadership around the appropriate use of analytics resources to enhance marketing strategies, taking into account customer insights and behaviors, availability of brand data, and relevant technology solutions.
- Establish best practices for performance measurement of digital and non-digital marketing channels and media formats and drive consistency across channels.
- Establish and manage an innovation hub dedicated to GenAI APEX strategy and use cases, exploring the application of advanced analytics and artificial intelligence to drive innovation and business value.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in data and analytics, evaluating their potential impact on our organization and identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Partner with support services (e.g., BTS) to ensure quality input data to enable accurate predictive analyses across HCPs, Consumers, and Patients.
Other
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative discipline such as economics, math, computer science, information technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of related professional experience, with 8+ years of experience in marketing measurement, data and advanced analytics.
- Excellent collaboration and strategic execution skills, with ability to align with brand teams, manage complex initiatives, and deliver solutions that address brand teams' analytics needs.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong leadership and management skills
