Integer is looking to define and lead an enterprise-wide AI strategy aligned with business goals and regulatory frameworks, identify high-impact AI opportunities with measurable business value, and embed AI into the product development lifecycle and manufacturing footprint.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies (including genAI & large language models), data platforms and cloud services.
- Familiarity with regulatory and ethical considerations in AI for life sciences and medical devices.
- Familiarity with AI ethics, fairness, and explainability frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead an enterprise-wide AI strategy aligned with business goals and regulatory frameworks
- Identify high-impact AI opportunities with measurable business value
- Collaborate with product development teams to embed AI into the product development lifecycle
- Champion the use of AI in process optimization and intelligent automation across the manufacturing footprint and all supporting functions
- Oversee pilot projects and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate AI value
- Collaborate with IT, data teams, and business units to integrate AI solutions into operations
- Oversee the selection and implementation of AI platforms, tools, and frameworks
Other
- Master’s in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML leadership roles, ideally within regulated industries (medical devices, pharma, life sciences).
- Proven track record of delivering AI solutions at scale in manufacturing or product development environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.
