Requirements
- In depth experience with AI compliance frameworks, principles and best practices required
- Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with AI technologies required
- Experience developing and implementing AI compliance programs preferred
- Experience with AI model development and deployment preferred
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices preferred
Responsibilities
- Establishes and maintains a comprehensive AI compliance program that aligns with organizational goals, legal requirements, and ethical standards
- Develops and implements AI-specific policies and procedures, addressing data governance, bias mitigation, transparency, accountability, and risk management
- Conducts AI risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks associated with AI applications
- Develops and maintains a centralized inventory of all AI models and solutions used across the organization, documenting purpose, data sources, and any ethical or legal considerations associated with each model
- Oversees the selection and management of third-party vendors providing AI solutions, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintains current knowledge of applicable AI-related regulations and government policies, ensuring organizational compliance
- Monitors and audits compliance with AI governance policies and procedures. Collaborates with legal counsel on AI-related matters. Take appropriate corrective actions in case of non-compliance, including conducting investigations and implementing remediation plans

- 7+ years leadership experience in related field required
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, including relevant regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and ethical considerations required
- Develops and delivers AI compliance training and awareness programs for employees and stakeholders. Promotes AI literacy across the organization, fostering a shared understanding of AI's impact and facilitating smooth adoption
- 10% travel required for annual meetings.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Law, Healthcare Management or related field required
