EAG's Engineering Sciences lab is looking for a leader to oversee and direct all aspects of Automated Test & Equipment (ATE) Services, including planning, shipping, and receiving, to support clients in various technology-based sectors.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in ATE Testing
- Microelectronic testing experience in one or more technical disciplines such as reliability, ESD, circuit edit or failure analysis (physical/electrical).
- Strategic and self-motivated leader with strong analytical and project management skills, driving cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and business growth.
- Proven success in developing and executing programs across complex organizational structures, contributing to operational efficiency and long-term business development.
- Experienced in team building and staff motivation, fostering collaboration and delivering results through inclusive leadership and a clear, growth-oriented vision.
- Effective communicator and decision-maker, open to feedback, skilled in navigating differing viewpoints, and persuasive with data-driven insights.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments, delegating effectively, adapting quickly, and maintaining focus on strategic priorities in dynamic, community-oriented settings.
Responsibilities
- Directs all aspects of planning for Engineering and Production Test for semiconductors.
- Provide technical direction and leadership over all members of the department
- Develop, review, and approve all analysis data and reporting
- Prepare customer summary reports
- Provide, maintain, and emphasize quality in operation and product
- Organize, manage, coordinate members of department to facilitate work flow
- Identify and resolve problems within group operations

- 5+ years of prior management experience
