Altium Packaging is looking to oversee the business intelligence function, and the strategic planning, development, and implementation of their artificial intelligence and automation function, focusing on models and systems that drive efficiency and innovation.
Requirements
- Experience in data modeling and machine learning algorithms
- Experience with SQL, python, R and/or related data analysis and visualization tools
- Experience with data warehousing and data modeling
- Working knowledge with API integration capabilities
Responsibilities
- Lead the business intelligence function, taking a multi-modal approach to intelligent automation.
- Lead team of integration specialists and AI developers to guide analysis of complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers.
- Design, implement, and manage machine learning programs that align with business objectives, ensuring the integration of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.
- Provide guidance on the research, development, and deployment of machine learning algorithms and models, including tasks such as classification, regression, clustering, anomaly detection, and recommendation systems.
- Oversee the collection, preprocessing, and curation of large datasets necessary for training generative models, ensuring data quality and relevance.
- Design and optimize machine learning pipelines, incorporating data cleaning, feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning.
- Lead the development of scalable and efficient infrastructure for training, testing, and deploying AI agents, AI assistants, and machine learning models in production environments.
Other
- Bachelors degree in computer science or related field
- 10+ years progressive experience in data science, business intelligence, or related field
- Significant project management experience
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Master’s degree or PhD in data science or related field
- Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.
