Capital One is looking to solve the problem of supporting senior leadership in executing strategic work while ensuring operational rigor within the AI/ML Product Engineering team.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in Project Management, Process Management, or Program Management
- At least 3 years of experience managing executive level stakeholders across different business functions
- At least 4 years of experience working with cross-functional teams
- At least 3 years of experience partnering with engineering teams
- 5+ years of experience in people management
- 3+ years of experience in strategy development
- 3+ years of experience in budgeting and labor strategy
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic thought partner for a member of the IFX senior leadership team, helping guide the operations and management of their organization.
- Act as a central point of contact between the IFX leader and other key partners across the organization.
- Prioritize and focus leaders in a number of key areas (goals, labor strategy, budget, organizational growth, etc.).
- Understand the organization's strategy and vision, lead the Leader and their team to drive and track goals and priorities.
- Assist the leader and their team with strategic planning including financial and resource planning in collaboration with key partners, including the IFX Chief of Staff, Finance, and HR.
- Create and manage effective, scalable processes to manage operating rhythms.
- Requires an ability to lead and influence to inject new operational processes to drive executional discipline and excellence.
