Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) is experiencing tremendous growth and needs to modernize its B2B payments capabilities by leading the product development and delivery of a new flagship VCS Hub – B2B Payables experience.
Requirements
- Technically adept, able to understand and communicate complex technical concepts, facilitate discussions, and collaborate with technology teams (tools such as Jira)
- Experience in AI product development desired
- Familiarity with card, ACH, and other financial/payment rails desired
- Proven success in product development and technology delivery for B2B payment products and solutions
- Expertise in Accounts Payables / Accounts Receivable and end-to-end buyer/supplier payment product development
- Track record of creating and delivering new product capabilities from concept to market leadership
- Skilled in product vision development, roadmap management, and feature prioritization aligned with business goals
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with engineering to modernize and scale our platform, improving operational efficiency
- Managing roadmaps and prioritization designed to deliver maximum business and customer value
- Fostering strong collaboration across product management, engineering, design, marketing, regions, client management, customer support, and other departments to ensure alignment
- Building and delivering effective communications to senior management and stakeholders
- Proven success in product development and technology delivery for B2B payment products and solutions
- Track record of creating and delivering new product capabilities from concept to market leadership

- MBA and 10+ years of B2B product management experience in financial services

- Proficient in data-driven decision making using qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Experienced leader of cross-functional teams within a matrix organization
