- Lead the Development and Execution of Web Marketing Strategies: Craft and implement multifaceted web marketing strategies to solidify and enhance Meta’s online presence
- Team Management and Mentorship: Guide and empower a team of marketing professionals, including the SEO Manager and Commerce Lead, ensuring alignment with Meta’s overarching business objectives
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize comprehensive analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of web marketing strategies, ensuring decisions are informed by robust data insights
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strengthen collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring marketing initiatives are synchronized with product development and corporate goals
- Drive SEO and Commerce Innovation: Spearhead innovative SEO and commerce web marketing initiatives that push the envelope in consumer engagement and market penetration

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 15+ years of experience in web marketing or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in people management
- Experience managing, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams towards achieving ambitious goals
