This role is crucial for translating business needs into robust technical quality strategies and programs, managing resources, and driving a culture of quality improvement and consumer focus.
Requirements
- Knowledge of quality systems and policies, HACCP, ISO9001/22000, L6S (min 5 yrs)
- Experience in Quality, Supply Chain and R&D (15 yrs as a minimum)
- Practical experience in Food and or Beverage categories, preferably high risk products, e.g.: Chocolate, Biscuits, cheese dairy, nuts (min 2+ yrs)
Responsibilities
- Policy development and leading the introduction, maintenance and continuous improvement of Quality practices across the organization.
- Lead execution of Quality strategies and programs to support the cross-category business unit Quality in the Business Unit (BU).
- Responsible for quality programs for internal and external factories, driving revenue in the BU.
- This role will ensure that our products, facilities, processes and systems meet the required Company and legislative quality standards through the Quality Supply Chain Management System and Quality Policy implementation across the organization.
- Champion the BU Quality Pillar / Lean Six Sigma initiatives for the function as part of the Lean Six Sigma Journey established across the company.
- Act as Special Situations Management Team (SSMT) Coordinator and Technical Lead for the BU in supporting the SSMT Leader.
- Leverage Center Quality resources in Food Safety, Sanitation, Audit and Supplier Quality against BU priorities.

- You use your highly developed technical knowledge and leadership skills to direct technical, scientific and business programs and manage resources in an assigned category, function or geography.
- You also take the lead in developing strategy, policy and direction.
- As a senior member on the management team, you interact with senior levels of clients and the technical and scientific community.
- You will translate business needs into robust technical quality strategies and programs and lead your team to successfully execute these strategies and programs across the supply chain, leveraging internal skills and external partners to accelerate efficiency.
- To deliver quality strategies, you will manage human and financial resourcing plan to meet agreed targets.
