MilliporeSigma is looking to innovate and grow its Customer Digital Products (CDP) function by shaping the strategy and experience for cutting-edge tools, enhancing Process Solutions, and accelerating growth and adoption of digital products to improve customer experiences.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in digital product management, customer experience, or digital platform leadership.
- Demonstrated success leading digital products from strategy through adoption at scale.
- Background in agile development, UX design principles, and platform integration.
- Experience in B2B or regulated industries.
- Strong influencing and change leadership skills in matrixed, cross-functional environments.
Responsibilities
- Craft a forward-thinking strategy and business plan for Customer Digital Products (CDP) that aligns with customer needs and drives business growth.
- Develop annual priorities and integrated marketing plans that boost awareness, engagement, and adoption of our digital products.
- Support product owners in roadmap development, ensuring seamless cross-functional execution and ongoing optimization.
- Champion a test-and-learn culture that encourages experimentation and continuous improvement.
- Establish robust product management practices and scalable processes that enable rapid execution and innovation.
- Develop modular, scalable solutions that enhance the customer journey.
- Utilize customer insights and usage data to inform prioritization and product decisions.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, digital media, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience with a strong track record of driving digital product outcomes at scale.

- The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
