Requirements
- Proven experience in AI/ML implementation and data engineering strategy.
- Strong understanding of data governance, architecture, and analytics platforms.
- Hands-on technical skills with AI tools, cloud platforms, and data pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Identify high-impact AI use cases across sales, manufacturing, and finance.
- Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and scale successful solutions into production.
- Develop and execute a data engineering roadmap to support AI initiatives.
- Establish data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, compliance, and security.
- Drive integration of disparate data sources into a unified, accessible architecture.
- Create and lead a community of practice for generative AI users across the organization.
- Act as a thought leader and coach for AI and data best practices across the organization.
