Qlik is seeking a Director of Data & AI Demand Strategy to architect, deploy, and scale the use of AI agents across the Demand Center to capture, synthesize, and act on signals across the customer lifecycle.
Requirements
- 10+ years in data strategy, marketing technology, revenue operations, or AI enablement roles.
- Deep understanding of B2B buying dynamics and the emerging role of AI agents in signal sensing, prospect engagement, and sales productivity.
- Proven experience implementing AI systems within demand generation, ABM, or sales enablement ecosystems.
- Experience designing agent-to-agent workflows and orchestrating multiagent environments for autonomous but coordinated execution.
- Knowledge of modern AI platforms, signal aggregation tools, and CRM systems (Salesforce).
- Experience with agentic automation and orchestration platforms such as Crew AI, LangChain, Autogen, N8N, and Zapier
- Proficient in leveraging generative AI and LLM platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Anthropic API, Mistral, and Google Gemini
Responsibilities
- Develop and operationalize a strategy to deploy AI agents capable of anticipating, detecting, and responding to real-time buyer, customer, and market signals.
- Implement systems that allow agents to mine vast volumes of structured and unstructured data to deliver timely and personalized actions within the Demand Center.
- Build agent pods and multiagent workflows designed to streamline complex revenue processes, support buying group enablement, and improve the self-service buyer experience.
- Lead marketing data strategy to ensure agents are equipped with access to clean, connected, and context-rich data.
- Design data environments where agents can leverage historical, behavioral, and intent signals to predict and influence buyer behavior.
- Align with data governance, signal taxonomy, and data interoperability to ensure agents operate with accuracy, compliance, and transparency.
- Upskill human teams—especially Business Development—to effectively build, customize, and collaborate with AI agents.
