Responsibilities
- Lead a team of data analysts to identify and define high-impact AI and data product use cases.
- Align product development with business needs, focusing on measurable outcomes and user value.
- Drive continuous feedback loops between users, developers, and stakeholders to refine and scale solutions.
- Build and lead a vibrant network of AI champions and productivity power users across business units.
- Design and execute engaging experiences such as hackathons, innovation showcases and learning labs to foster experimentation and cross-functional collaboration.
- Partner with senior leaders, data product teams, and transformation leads to co-create tailored messaging and visual narratives that align with business priorities.
- Translate complex data and processes into simple, high-impact stories for executive and general audiences.

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise environments, with a strong emphasis on transformation leadership and change management.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on clarity, structure, and audience engagement.
