Responsibilities
- Uses tools such as SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, Salesforce, Python to analyze systems and data, and generate visualization that showcase Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and analysis of outlier behaviors, degrees of variance, and performance improvement opportunities as they relate to business insights.
- Develops and builds analytics dashboards that help leaders run their businesses.
- Analyzes and displays information to drive insights and action, including the deployment of dashboards, reports and ad hoc requests.
- Communicates data-derived insights to influence business actions and strategy, including predictive analytics.
- Leads multiple, high impact data research/analytics projects/programs.
- Recommends, designs, or leverages research and analysis methodologies to bridge business knowledge gaps.
- Develops and implements ad-hoc queries to research and understand factors that may be impacting business performance.

- Bachelor’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Information Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field and six (6) years of experience as a Director, Data Analytics and Insights (or closely related occupation) performing data analysis (using Snowflake, SAS, and SQL) and data querying (using Python, Tableau, and Alteryx) in a financial services environment.
- Master’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Information Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field and four (4) years of experience as a Director, Data Analytics and Insights (or closely related occupation) performing data analysis (using Snowflake, SAS, and SQL) and data querying (using Python, Tableau, and Alteryx) in a financial services environment.
- Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office.
