Requirements
- Working knowledge of BI tools (eg. Power BI, Tableau), SQL and statistical tools (eg. SAS).
- Proven leadership experience, including managing a team of data analysts.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement analytics strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data privacy best practices.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor Private Student Loan Originations Plan.
- Analyze complex data sets and create reports, dashboards, and visualizations that effectively communicate key insights to stakeholders.
- Develop and implement analytics strategies, and working closely with cross functional teams to identify business needs, and provide actionable insights.
- Develop and implement data governance policies to ensure data quality and accuracy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in analytics and apply them to our business as appropriate.
- Communicate complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
