Pratt & Whitney is seeking to scale and implement digital program execution across processes and products for Military Engines and P&W, leveraging cutting-edge digital tools and an implementation playbook to transform how they work internally and with customers, and to develop, test, and field technologies for the warfighter faster and more efficiently.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with structured project management, and a dynamic problem solver with the ability to craft solutions to everyday challenges with creative new ideasrequired.
- Strong analytical, systems, and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities
- Successful development and implementation of the digital scaling strategy and playbook.
- Own and execute a portfolio of digital projects unlocking key capabilities and solutions for our customers.
- Represent development program team on the Military Engines digital council.
- Provide input to and drive adoption of associated RTX/PW/ME digital work and products.
- Integration with Engineering Model Base Enterprise and Operations manufacturing digital pursuits.

- Lead a direct team of 12with creativity, courage, versatility and mission focus.
- Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 14+ years of progressive responsibility.
- 10+ years of demonstrated experience working with business leadership, influencing effectively across all levels of the organization required.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
