Requirements
- Deep expertise in quantitative analysis, behavioral science, and statistical testing
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies; experience using Jira to manage work
- 7–10+ years of experience in digital experimentation, decision science, or related fields
- Proven track record of leading experimentation programs and teams at scale
- Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience training and governing research/testing methodologies (preferred)
- Experience driving strategic experimentation initiatives in large organizations (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Build and scale a best-in-class experimentation hub.
- Define and evolve processes, governance, and tooling to support consistent, high-quality experimentation.
- Establish a repeatable framework that enables scalable, impactful testing across teams.
- Design and lead training programs to build experimentation fluency across the organization.
- Empower teams with the tools and knowledge to confidently apply test-and-learn methodologies.
- Ensure rigorous documentation and methodological consistency across all experiments.
- Stay ahead of emerging tools, platforms, and industry trends.
