Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing and leading agile practices (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) across complex organizations.
- Deep knowledge of AI-driven solutions and automation technologies, with hands-on experience integrating these capabilities into product strategies.
- Advanced verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills to successfully interact with internal and external audiences.
- Ability to provide big-picture strategic thinking, vision and insights to drive big ideas and initiatives in the digital and social media spaces
- Ability to establish relationships within the organization and the broader business to understand key corporate initiatives and establish Digital plans to address those needs.
- Advanced organizational, planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to foster teamwork and work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a clear digital product vision and strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Lead the rollout and evolution of robust product management practices, ensuring best-in-class frameworks, processes, and methodologies within the digital team.
- Drive digital organizational transition to agile methodologies, mentoring teams, and instilling a culture of agility, continuous improvement, and customer-centric innovation.
- Develop and implement the Digital strategy roadmap and establish portfolio-level priorities for work across products on an annual and quarterly basis.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators for digital products and major initiatives, and reports performance to senior leadership.
- Oversee the implementation of programs, initiatives, and activities that foster innovation in terms of product, processes, culture, communications, etc.
- Work closely with DX IT Director, EPO Portfolio Manager and DX Operations Manager to ensure scope of projects across Base and Capital are being completed in an efficient, effective manner.
Other
- Bachelor's Degree in related field required. Master's Degree preferred.
- Ten (10) years of experience in planning, digital marketing and communications, with five (5) years focused on the digital space and customer experience field required.
- Five (5) years of leadership experience required.
- Ability to effectively lead, coach and develop team members.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholders and executive leadership.
