Requirements
- Hands-on experience building AI agents and applying modern AI/ML technologies to real-world business use cases.
- Proven expertise in evaluating and integrating third-party AI solutions, balancing build vs. buy decisions.
- Proven expertise in enterprise integrations using REST APIs, and knowledge of connecting AI systems to core enterprise tools and SaaS platforms.
- Strong development experience with Python and Postgres databases, with the ability to contribute to solution prototyping and guide technical teams.
- Familiarity with modern data platforms, cloud-native environments, and enterprise SaaS ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Slack, JIRA, GitHub, Workato, FiveTran, and Snowflake in the context of enterprise automation and data workflows.
Responsibilities
- Define & Champion the AI Adoption Strategy Shape and execute the enterprise-wide AI adoption roadmap in collaboration with senior leadership, functional heads, and project teams.
- Evaluate and Integrate Third-Party AI Solutions Research, assess, and recommend external AI platforms, tools, and services.
- Build AI Solutions and Agents Design, prototype, and deploy AI agents that integrate into core workflows—driving automation, augmenting decision-making, and unlocking new efficiencies.
- Integrate Systems at Scale Partner with IT, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver integrations between AI solutions and enterprise applications via REST APIs, internal data systems, and third-party platforms.
- Enable Adoption & Scale Lead pilots end-to-end—scope, implementation, training, and scaling—while creating enablement toolkits and training to empower widespread adoption.
- Measure, Learn, Iterate Track adoption, measure impact (ROI, adoption metrics, productivity gains), and refine approaches for greater business value.
- Establish AI Governance Define frameworks and guardrails for ethical, secure, and compliant AI use, working closely with Security, Legal, and Compliance teams.
